The SK-Modifieds top the four-division program which also includes the Late Model, Sportsman and Mini Stock classes. Legends Cars are often a fifth attraction on Saturday nights. A "Wild n' Wacky Wednesday" program runs from May through September with a menu that includes Legends Cars, X Mods, X and Super-X cars along with offerings that justify the "Wild n' Wacky" title.

The Speedbowl also hosts the area's leading touring divisions as well including the popular True Value Modifieds, Northeastern Midget Association, ISMA Super Modifieds, the Southern New England Pro-Four Modifieds and the AllStar Race Trucks.

It is regarded by competitors as a challenging two-groove track with an outstanding racing surface. The Modifieds and Midgets reach speeds of 100 mph plus. There are no bad viewing spots among the 7,500-plus seats.

With a new management team taking over operations in 2007, exciting family entertainment is the first priority. It continues to be the goal. There are several such events on the schedule.
