The Waterford Speedbowl Hospitality Program is a fast, fresh, easy and exciting group outing option for your family, race team or company!! Treat your hard working employees or show your loyal customer apperation with a fun exciting night at the races. We handle it all, from food to entertainment, to setup, to cleanup, the only thing you need to do is enjoy the night as well!!

Our 120’x40′ Hospitality Tent can easily hold groups of over 200+ people, located in privacy behind turn 1, it is a great way to enjoy some food and drink while talking and hanging out with your friends and co-workers. When ready for racing excitement walk a few short yards away to your private reserved bleacher area with great track viewing for the night of action.

Private Bar & Adult Beverage Options

Private Bar Beverage options are available for all parties that have a minimum of 50 adult guests. Adult beverage options include on-tap Budweiser, Bud Light, Malt Beverages and red & white wine by the glass.

  • Cash Beverages: Adult beverages sold to guests at retail
  • Consumption Beverages: Adult beverages open to guests and charged to client at discount from retail. Discount based on headcount
  • Drink Tickets: Purchased by client (pricing varies based on amount purchased), good for all adult beverage items; distributed to adult guests by client. (Can be used with Private Bar or for redemption at Concession Stands)
  • Open Beverages: Adult beverages open to guests and charged $12.99 per adult guest per hour to client

Wild 'n Wacky Wednesday Admission

When combined with food and beverage hospitality options above the following rates apply

  • Adult Grandstand Admission (25-99 adults): $7 per adult
  • Adult Grandstand Admission (100-150 adults): $6 per adult
  • Adult Grandstand Admission (151-200 adults): $5 per adult
  • Adult Grandstand Admission (201+ adults): $4 per adult
  • Youth Grandstand Admission (aged 14 and under): FREE

NASCAR/Saturday Night and Special Event Admission

When combined with food and beverage hospitality options above the following rates apply

  • Adult Grandstand Admission (25-99 adults): $1 per adult discount off event retail
  • Adult Grandstand Admission (100-150 adults): $3 per adult discount off event retail
  • Adult Grandstand Admission (151-200 adults): $5 per adult discount off event retail
  • Adult Grandstand Admission (201+ adults): $7 per adult discount off event retail
  • Youth Grandstand Admission (aged 6-14)(1-99 youth): $2 per youth discount off event retail
  • Youth Grandstand Admission (aged 6-14)(100+ youth): $3 per youth discount off event retail
  • Child Grandstand Admission (aged 5 and under): FREE

Individual Event Admission

Are your guests already at the track either in the grandstand or in the pit area and you don't need event tickets. Or while offering event admission and hospitality is a treat for your guests, sometimes it becomes to costly for an organization. Not a problem, you can have your guests pay for their way into the track individually, either in advance online or when they arrive at the Box Office. Depending on how many guests you expect we can offer discounted rates for their individual ticket purchase.

How to get started

You can book your event right now, here online at We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your event so someone else doesn't take it. During the checkout process you will have some more information to fill in to help us understand your party wants and needs. A track representative will contact you and assist with all event options and details. Events that total over $1,000 will require an additional 50% deposit prior to your event. Please be advised that blackout dates listed below are not available for event hospitality.

Hospitality FAQ

Is event admission included with hospitality?
No. due to client feedback we separate event admission and food; the pricing shown above is for Food and Beverage only. You are welcome to include event admission for your guests at an additional charge. The good news is event admission will be sold at a discounted rate from event retail. Retail admission price varies and determined per event. Visit for complete event details. Adults aged 15+, Youth aged 6-14, Children aged 5 and under FREE. All final prices will include 10% Connecticut Admission Taxes.

How do I get charged on guest head count?
You will be charged based on one of two items. A few days before the event we will contact you to go over details, including a guaranteed head count. This guaranteed head count is what we will base the final charges off of, whether or not your guests actually attend the event. You are always welcome to add additional guests after giving the guaranteed head count, including on the day of the event, which will be added to your invoice before final payment.

Do my guests need tickets and how do they get them?
Yes, your guests will need an admission ticket to get them into the racetrack and will also need a wristband for hospitality tent and buffet entry. We work with each client on a case-by-case basis on ticket and wristband distribution based on their needs. We are happy to provide you with all tickets and wristbands in advance, you can provide a list of names and guests can pick up tickets and wristbands at Will-Call window or we can accommodate your requirements as needed.

What other options can be provided?
Additional options can range from having a DJ under the tent to having a racecar on display to offering pacecar rides to a few select VIP guests and almost everything in between. Let us know what you have in mind and we will do our best to accommodate.

We want to treat our employees, but what about their family members?
Treating your employees and their family members can really increase the cost of your event. But don't worry, we will work with your organization to find an acceptable family member accommodation aside from the traditional event admission so they can enjoy the night with them.



*Minimum of 25 adult guests required for any hospitality. All buffets are served for 2 hours. Additional hours may be added at an additional cost. Children aged 5 and under enjoy free hospitality. Food discount of $2 per guest (100-200 guests), Discount of $4 per guest (201+ guests).

**Private adult beverage service may be served for a maximum of 4 hours. A $100 bartender fee will be added for any bar tab that does not exceed a $400 minimum by client/guests. Beverage choices may be substituted for an additional charge. No Outside FOOD or ALCOHOL allowed. NO HARD LIQUOR. Drink tickets may used instead of private bar option at concession stands. Guests Must be 21 years or older to purchase and consume, ID IS REQUIRED.
